Dominic Grew is the Founder and Owner of Elevate Business Coaching. He established the firm in 2019 after noticing an unmet need in the market. As a former COO and industry outsider, he identified that lawyers often lack training in building, managing, and growing a law firm, despite these skills being crucial for their professional success. Dominic's question was: "How can I assist these talented professionals in developing the necessary skills to become successful business owners and firm leaders?"
