Ten Golden Rules Merges With Snap Agency
Ten Golden Rules is pleased to announce a merger with Snap Agency, a digital marketing agency based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The merge was finalized in February 2019.
The two agencies have since begun collaborative work, with each partner bringing a unique set of skills to the merger. While Ten Golden Rules specializes in legal marketing and marketing for events, such as the National Achievers Congress featuring Tony Robbins, Snap is known for its business-to-business marketing and web design expertise. Moving forward, the two teams hope to learn from one another and leverage alternate perspectives to create bold new solutions for their clients.
“I’m excited to bring together Ten Golden Rules and Snap—two agencies that have evolved and continue to grow in response to changes in the marketing world,” said Jay Berkowitz, founder of Ten Golden Rules. “The combined expertise of our award-winning teams truly makes us a force to be reckoned with.” Mr. Berkowitz will continue in his role as the lead strategic visionary for the clients and the agency.
Snap Agency is currently one of the fastest-growing digital marketing agencies in the Twin Cities. In 2010, Snap emerged from Probus Online, a nationally recognized eCommerce company. Since its inception, the agency has helped more than 700 organizations increase ROI and surpass business objectives through intelligent design and strategic planning. A focus on search engine optimization (SEO), website design, and web development makes Snap a powerhouse of digital marketing, with a skilled team of strategists, designers, and developers to match. The agency offers a number of other digital marketing services, including branding, social media marketing, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
George Lee, founder of Snap Agency will become CEO of both agencies and is also looking forward to the collaboration between agencies. “Snap and Ten Golden Rules complement each other both in terms of functionality, but also in terms of their versatility and culture,” he said. “There is a continuing demand for comprehensive marketing services, and our talented teams are well-equipped to fill this need.”
Ten Golden Rules traces its roots back nearly two decades to the early years of internet marketing when Google was still in beta, and social media didn’t yet exist. In 2003, Berkowitz saw a need for a digital marketing framework that could help businesses navigate the lightning-fast changes taking place, from pop-up ads to search engine marketing. As a result, he created the Ten Golden Rules of Online Marketing for a presentation at the Direct Marketing Association. Later, they gave rise to the agency itself, which continues to use these tenants as the basis for creating highly successful digital marketing programs. Strategic consulting, search marketing, and social media management are just a few of the services the agency offers.
